How are travel arrangements handled?

Our official travel agency coordinates your approved airfare and hotel arrangements directly. You will not be reimbursed for independently booked travel expenses.

How do meetings work?

After you complete your registration which asks about your interests and business needs, you’ll receive a personalized schedule of short, pre-arranged meetings based on your profile.

Is there any free time built into the schedule?

Yes. Thursday evening is intentionally left unscheduled so you can relax, network informally, explore Las Vegas, or make optional dinner plans.
